Donna Shoesmith

Specialising in management development, Donna has been approved by the Institute of
Leadership & Management as an ILM Centre.

She has accreditation to deliver the level 2 Certificate in Team Leading and Level 3 Certificate
in First Line Management.

As an accomplished training consultant she has worked in a range of environments in both in the private and public sectors, developing people and businesses. To support this she delivers a range
of courses in managing diversity and equality in the workplace in accordance with current legislation.

Donna is professional and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective business relationships are built with all levels of staff. She is very patient and open minded, with a sound appreciation of the need to link performance with teamwork.

Relaxed and professional, Donna’s training is effective, versatile and tailored to meet the needs of the client.

Ros Soulsby

Ros Soulsby is a highly skilled development consultant with a passion for helping individuals to
achieve their full potential.  She is a qualified performance coach, practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), adult education teacher and massage therapist. 

With a strong background in education and development.  Ros has spent 10 years in the private
sector teaching communication and independent living skills for adults with learning difficulties. 
She has spent time in the UK and Thailand teaching English in government organisations and
private schools.

Moving into the public sector Ros spent 4 years with American Express as Development
Consultant and Training Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

In September 2002 she has been designing and delivering programmes for government agencies,
small to medium sized businesses, corporations and charities in management development and personal effectiveness.
